Delicious food! The tagliolini al tartufo was maybe the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Also liked the house red wine, pizza was decent, and the views gorgeous. The first and second nights we were there were quiet but the third there was a raucous group in one corner. However the place is large so it’s possible to get away. They have an outdoor terrace with plastic chairs that are not too comfortable but nice breeze and lovely views. The indoor veranda also has huge windows so you can get a good view

We stopped here for lunch by chance and didn't regret it. The pizza is great and the price is the best we have ever paid. The meat is perfect. Be sure to try the desserts. I recommend and will definitely be back on my next trip.

Happened upon this restaurant, was planning on grabbing something to go but upon stepping inside there was no way we could do anything but eat inside. The VIEWS!!! SPECTACULAR! the service, food and drinks were top notch. We actually stopped again on our way back down to Florence a few days later we enjoyed ourselves so much.

A truly authentic Italian dining experience with breathtaking views! The food is exceptional, capturing the rich flavors of Italy in every bite. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making you feel like a local. Keep in mind that the menu is in Italian, and the staff has limited English, so having Google Translate handy can be helpful—but that only adds to the authenticity of the experience! Highly recommend for those looking to immerse themselves in real Italian culture and cuisine.

We had an amazing lunch here. We had the appetizer sampler, in which the fried polenta with ragu was the best. I had the best, richest, most delicious ravioli of my life and my husband had the boar pasta which he said was fantastic. We also had the fried artichoke, which is my favorite vegetable dish. I didn’t even get pictures of the food, we were so busy eating it. But I did get some shots of the spectacular scenery!

Zocchi is a fabulous restaurant managed by the son, Daniel, who is clearly at home being all things to all customers. He could not have been more gracious and helpful in menu choices and making us feel welcome! The restaurant has been in business since 1783 and was originally a watering hole for the Medici clan located in what is now a park area. The restaurant was moved to its current location decades ago but the feeling upon walking in is that you might meet a Medici having lunch. The Lasagna was the best I have had in my entire life and the gnocchi was to die for. If you don't stop in you will be missing one of life's special moments!!! Tell Daniel Kris said Hi!

Zocchi is the best restaurant in Italy. We went twice in 3 days, and the restaurant staff remembered us and our preferences. The staff are incredible, charismatic and kind. The food is phenomenal, from the pasta to the pizza and the desserts. It was an amazing experience and we hope to be back again. Much love from your Canadian friends!

Must-try. T-bone steak? Full of history, not to mention its tender and gourmet spirit. One photo is more than enough. Sometimes, the Michelin stars miss out some of these regional center of love and food. Good house wine is another hidden gem of this cozy shelter for friends, families, and travelers looking for a moonlit story of Toscana. Your 20-min driving up hills will turn out to be a must-try.
